Return & Refund Policy

At KREVON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the details below.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all furniture purchases. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your furniture is the right fit for your home. If you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return within this period.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in like-new condition — unused, undamaged, and free of stains, scratches, or pet hair.
  • The item must be disassembled (if applicable) and repackaged in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, a repackaging fee of $50 per item may apply.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Mattresses and bedding accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been assembled and show signs of use, damage, or wear
  • Items purchased with promotional bundles or special clearance discounts (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@krevonhome.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return shipping instructions within 2–3 business days.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Carefully disassemble (if applicable) and repackage the item. Label the package with the provided RMA number.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item using the shipping method specified in our return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • For standard returns (change of mind), a flat return shipping fee of $49 will be deducted from your refund.
  • For items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you.
  • We may arrange a carrier pickup for larger items. Our team will coordinate the logistics with you.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or other payment method used at checkout).
  • The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable return shipping fees or repackaging fees.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. To exchange an item:

  • Contact us at info@krevonhome.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.
  • The original item must meet the same return conditions listed above.
  • If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the price difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
  • Subsequent exchanges for the same order may incur shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@krevonhome.com.
  • Please include photos of the damage from multiple angles, as well as photos of the outer packaging.
  • We will provide a free replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
  • All return shipping costs for damaged or defective items are covered by KREVON.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled free of charge before they have shipped.
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
  • To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@krevonhome.com.

Warranty

All KREVON furniture is backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper assembly. The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Commercial use
  • Damage resulting from improper assembly or failure to follow care instructions

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
