What Is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal residential use and proper assembly, including:

  • Structural Integrity: Cracking, splitting, or breaking of the wood frame under normal use
  • Joint Failures: Separation or loosening of joints that were properly assembled according to instructions
  • Hardware Defects: Malfunctioning drawer slides, hinges, or other hardware components that fail under normal operation
  • Finish Defects: Peeling, bubbling, or flaking of the factory-applied finish within the first year of ownership
  • Manufacturing Defects: Missing pre-drilled holes, misaligned components, or other production errors

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Natural aging, patina development, minor surface scratches, and fading from sunlight exposure
  • Natural Wood Characteristics: Variations in wood grain, color, and texture are natural features of solid wood and are not considered defects
  • Improper Assembly: Damage resulting from failure to follow assembly instructions or use of improper tools
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by excessive weight, impact, or using the product in a manner other than its intended purpose
  • Accidents and Environmental Damage: Damage from spills, water, heat, humidity, pets, or other environmental factors
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Alterations, refinishing, or repairs made by anyone other than KREVON or our authorized service providers
  • Commercial Use: Products used in commercial, institutional, rental, or non-residential settings
  • Improper Care: Damage resulting from failure to follow our care and maintenance guidelines
  • Floor Models and Final Sale Items: Products purchased as floor models, clearance, or "Final Sale" items

Warranty Eligibility

  • This warranty is available only to the original purchaser who bought directly from KREVON (via www.krevonhome.com) or an authorized KREVON retailer.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required to process any warranty claim.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@krevonhome.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim."
  2. Provide Documentation: Include the following in your email:
    • Your order number or proof of purchase
    • A detailed description of the defect or issue
    • Clear photographs showing the problem from multiple angles
    • Photos of any affected hardware or components
  3. Review: Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.
  4. Resolution: Based on our assessment, we will offer one of the following solutions:
    • Replacement Parts: We will ship replacement parts or hardware at no charge
    • Full Product Replacement: If the defect cannot be resolved with replacement parts, we will replace the entire product
    • Refund: In rare cases where a replacement is not available, we may issue a full or partial refund

Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • For warranty claims within the first year of delivery, KREVON will cover all shipping costs for replacement parts or products.
  • For warranty claims after the first year, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with the replacement.
  • If a full product return is required, KREVON will arrange pickup at no charge within the first year.

Care and Maintenance Recommendations

To keep your KREVON furniture in excellent condition and maintain warranty eligibility:

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth
  • Clean spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly
  • Avoid direct sunlight — prolonged exposure may cause natural fading
  • Use coasters and placemats to protect surfaces from heat, moisture, and scratches
  • Do not place near heat sources such as radiators, fireplaces, or heat vents
  • Maintain stable humidity — extreme dryness or humidity can affect solid wood over time
  • Use felt pads under objects placed on furniture surfaces to prevent scratching
  • Follow assembly instructions carefully and use only the hardware provided

Limitation of Liability

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. The remedies described above are the sole and exclusive remedies available under this warranty. In no event shall CDG LIVING LLC be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, any KREVON product.
