Product Quality & Authenticity

We use 100% solid hardwood for the entire structural frame of our beds, nightstands, and dressers. We never use particle board, MDF, or veneers for structural components. You can feel the difference in the weight and stability of the piece.

We specify the wood species for every product. Our primary collections are crafted from solid American White Oak or Black Walnut. We do not use softwoods like pine or rubberwood for our premium lines, ensuring superior durability and grain pattern.

Our beds are substantial. A typical Queen frame weighs between 120-160 lbs, depending on the design. This heavy weight is a sign of solid timber and robust joinery, ensuring your bed stays planted and stable.

We use a premium commercial-grade matte finish that is designed for real life. It is resistant to water rings and minor scratches. However, solid wood is a natural material—while it is incredibly durable, we recommend trimming pets' nails to keep it looking pristine for decades.

We utilize time-honored Japanese and traditional joinery techniques (like mortise and tenon) reinforced with heavy-duty steel hardware where necessary for assembly. You won't find any cheap cam-locks here. This ensures a rock-solid connection that doesn't loosen over time.

Solid wood is a natural material, so slight variations in grain and tone are a mark of authenticity, not a defect. We invest heavily in color-accurate photography under natural light to give you the truest representation possible.

No. We use low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) finishes that meet strict safety standards. You might smell a faint, natural "wood" scent upon unpacking, but there are no harsh chemical off-gassing odors.

Silence is luxury. Our beds are engineered with felt-lined slats and precision joinery to be completely squeak-free. We test them rigorously to ensure they remain silent under movement.

No box spring is required. Our beds feature a solid wood slat system that provides optimal support and breathability for your mattress. This offers a cleaner, more modern aesthetic.

Our slats are spaced less than 3 inches apart, which meets the warranty requirements for almost all modern mattress brands (including foam and hybrid mattresses).

Structural Integrity, Assembly & Shipping

While it is possible for one person, we strongly recommend two people due to the weight of the solid wood components. Most customers complete assembly in under 45 minutes.

Yes. We provide clear, step-by-step illustrated instructions in English. We also have video guides available on our website for visual learners.

No power tools are needed. All necessary tools (usually a high-quality Allen key and wrench) are included in the box.

Our solid wood beds are tested to support up to 800 lbs (combined weight of mattress and sleepers), making them incredibly robust and safe.

Yes, for smooth and reliable operation, we use premium soft-close under-mount metal glides. They are hidden from view to maintain the wood aesthetic but offer modern functionality.

Yes, the back panel is fully finished, allowing you to float the dresser in the middle of a room if desired.

In the rare event of shipping damage, please email us photos within 48 hours. We will replace the damaged part immediately and free of charge. You typically do not need to repack the entire item.

Standard shipping is curbside delivery. Given the weight of the boxes, we highly recommend having a second person help you bring them inside. White glove assembly is available in select zip codes for an additional fee.

Most beds ship in 3 boxes (Headboard, Rails/Footboard, Slats) to make them manageable to carry through hallways and stairwells.

If the item is marked "In Stock," it ships within 2-5 business days from our US warehouse. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our facility.

We offer a 30-day return window. Because we are confident in our quality, we do not charge restocking fees, but return shipping costs are deducted from the refund unless the item is defective.

Our standard carriers do not offer removal services. We recommend donating your old furniture to a local charity like Habitat for Humanity, who often offer free pickup.

Currently, we ship to the contiguous 48 US states. We are working on expanding our shipping network.

Durability & Care

While our finish is durable, we always recommend using coasters for condensation-heavy drinks. If a spill happens, simply wipe it up with a dry cloth. Avoid letting water sit on the surface for hours.

Yes, all our wood is professionally kiln-dried to a specific moisture content. This stabilizes the timber and prevents warping or cracking due to seasonal humidity changes in your home.

Simple is best. Use a soft, damp cloth for dusting. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners like Pledge, Windex, or bleach, as they can damage the natural matte finish over time.

Yes, for our upholstered options, we use Performance Fabrics that are treated to repel water and oil-based stains, making them easy to spot clean.

Like all natural materials, wood evolves. Cherry may darken slightly with light exposure, while Walnut may lighten. This is a natural patina process that adds character and value to the piece.

Value & Pricing

Most $600 beds use wood veneers glued over particle board or soft pine. Our beds are built from 100% solid hardwood with craft joinery. You are paying for a piece that will last 50 years, not 5.

We operate on a fair pricing model year-round to avoid inflating prices just to mark them down. We do offer occasional bundles (e.g., Bed + Nightstands), but we don't play the "fake sale" game.

Yes, we offer a 10-year structural warranty on all our solid wood furniture. We stand behind our craftsmanship.

We partner with ethical workshops in Vietnam and the USA, known for their exceptional woodworking heritage. Every facility is audited for fair labor practices and quality control.

Yes! We are a digital-first brand focused on cutting out the middleman retail markup. Check out our customer reviews and tagged photos on Instagram to see our furniture in real homes.

Environmental & Health & Design

We have eliminated 90% of Styrofoam from our packaging, replacing it with recyclable honeycomb cardboard to protect your furniture and the planet.

Yes! We offer a wood sample kit so you can see and feel the material in your own lighting before committing to a large purchase.

Our headboards are designed with a generous height to ensure the beautiful wood grain remains visible even with standard pillows and shams.

Our nightstands are designed at an optimal height (22-24 inches) to align perfectly with most modern mattress-and-frame combinations for easy reach.
