At KREVON, we are committed to delivering your solid wood furniture safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery options, timelines, and costs.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required — every order ships free.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days after processing (total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–15 business days).
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and carrier schedules.
  • Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your furniture arrives in excellent condition. Depending on the size and weight of your order, shipments may be delivered via:

  • Standard parcel carriers (for smaller items and accessories)
  • Freight carriers (for larger furniture pieces)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Instructions

  • All furniture orders are delivered to your front door or building entrance (curbside delivery).
  • For freight shipments, an adult (18+) must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.
  • Please inspect all packages upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a delivery is missed, refused, or deemed undeliverable and the shipment is returned to our warehouse, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.

Assembly

KREVON furniture arrives with detailed assembly instructions and all necessary hardware included. We recommend two adults for assembly of larger furniture pieces. No special tools are required.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage (including packaging). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible — whether through replacement parts, a full replacement, or a refund.
