Carefully remove all pieces from the packaging and arrange them where you'd like the bed to be in the room when completed. On rare occasions, the boxes may not arrive all together.

Most of our furniture requires only basic tools: a Phillips head screwdriver, a hammer, and an adjustable wrench. Some items may require an Allen wrench (included in the package). A power drill can speed up the process but is not required.

Assembly time varies by product. Most beds take 30mins with two people. Dressers and nightstands typically take 5-10 minutes. We provide detailed step-by-step instructions with photos to guide you through the process.

No, we will not offer white-glove assembly service since we have clearly assembly construction.

Please contact us immediately with photos of your shipment. We'll send replacement parts at no cost. Most replacements arrive within 7-10 business days.

Handle wood pieces carefully to avoid scratches. Wear clean gloves if possible. Avoid exposing wood to moisture during assembly. If you accidentally scratch the finish, we can provide touch-up kits.

While most items can be assembled by one person, we recommend having a second person help, especially with larger pieces like beds and dressers. This makes the process safer and faster.
