Welcome to Krevon Home. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Products All our furniture is crafted from solid wood. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, slight variations in grain, color, and texture are expected and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique. 2. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon full payment. We accept payments via Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay Installments, allowing you to split your purchase into easy payments. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. 3. Shipping We ship within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Large furniture items may require freight shipping and a signature upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival. 4. Returns & Exchanges We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all furniture purchases. Items must be in like-new condition, disassembled (if applicable), and repackaged in original packaging. A flat return shipping fee of $49 applies for standard returns. Items marked as "Final Sale," mattresses, and items showing signs of use are non-returnable. We offer one free exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. 5. Damages & Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@krevonhome.com with photos from multiple angles. We will provide a free replacement, replacement parts, or a full refund. All return shipping costs for damaged or defective items are covered by KREVON. 6. Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled free of charge before they have shipped. Once shipped, orders must follow the standard return process. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@krevonhome.com. 7. Warranty All KREVON furniture is backed by a limited warranty from the date of delivery: Bed Frames, Dressers & Storage, Nightstands & Side Tables — 5 Years Dining Tables & Benches — 3 Years Hardware & Accessories — 1 Year Coverage includes structural integrity, joint failures, hardware defects, finish defects, and manufacturing defects under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, misuse, accidents, environmental damage, unauthorized modifications, or commercial use. This warranty is available to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. 8.
